A Constructional Approach to Organizational Change
This Type 2 CEU event will focus on the Israel Goldiamond’s Constructional Approach (1974) on building repertoires and expanding response alternatives which gives individuals the freedom to achieve their goals in less costly ways. Attendees will learn how to identify the five central questions to the constructional approach, conduct a cost/benefit analysis of behavioral alternatives within a contingency framework, and so much more.
