Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Supervise and train ABA Therapists

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children

Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors

Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress

$20 – $25 an hour – Part-time

We are calling all passionate and motivated ABA behavioral therapists in Denver to join our team.

We provide In-Home ABA Therapy Resources and services in Denver for children with autism. We’re seeking a friendly, passionate and dedicated ABA behavioral therapist who is willing to work closely with one of our behavioral supervisors (BCBA). The position includes providing in-home aba care to families with autistic children in the Denver area. We expect all of our ABA therapists to uphold our high standards of professionalism, compassion, and willingness to ABA therapy under the guidelines established by a BCBA.

Job Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions

Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
