Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Supervise and train ABA Therapists

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children

Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors

Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress

Requirements

Degree in MA/MS in ABA or related

Behavior Therapist Based in Metro North - (ABA)
$20 – $25 an hour – Part-time

Calling dedicated ABA behavioral therapists in Metro-North to join our team!

We need ABA behavioral therapists to join our team as we look to expand in the Metro North area. You’ll be working with other caring and passionate professionals, providing In-home therapy ABA services in Metro North for children with autism. Your work will be done under the supervision and guidance of an assigned BCBA. You’ll be working in homes in Metro North with kids and their families implementing ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy programs established by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst‎).

Job Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions

Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
