Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Supervise and train ABA Therapists

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children

Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors

Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress

$20 – $25 an hour – Part-time

Seeking for motivated and skilled ABA behavioral therapist in North Shore, MA to join our team!

Now hiring ABA behavioral therapists to join the team in North Shore, MA and work alongside other committed, knowledgeable and passionate professionals. Our mission is to provide ABA services in North Shore, MA for children with autism in their homes and other natural settings while being guided by a behavioral supervisor (BCBA)that is also assigned to the child. You will report directly to he or she who will work together with you to formulate the child’s individual behavior plan.Your role will be to work with the child in their home, implementing the care plan and interacting with the child’s family and caregiver network in North Shore, MA. You’ll be implementing ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy programs established by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst‎).

Job Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions

Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
