Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Supervise and train ABA Therapists

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children

Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors

Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress

Requirements

Degree in MA/MS in ABA or related

Duluth Based Behavior Therapist- ABA
$20 – $25 an hour – Part-time

Seeking motivated and skilled ABA behavioral therapist to join our Duluth team!

Key Autism Services is currently hiring for an ABA behavioral therapist in Duluth to join our team of caring professionals, to provide in-home ABA therapy in Duluth for children with autism. You will be mentored and guided by an assigned BCBA who will oversee your work and help you craft a comprehensive behavior plan for your client. Working in this role means you’ll be providing in-home ABA Therapy in Duluth for kids with Autism. We encourage you to also involve the families in the therapy sessions and train and educate them on how to apply the ABA principles to help enhance and accelerate the child’s growth.

Job Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions

Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
