Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Supervise and train ABA Therapists

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children

Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors

Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress

ABA Behavior Therapist Based in Chattanooga
$20 – $25 an hour – Part-time

Seeking energetic and enthusiastic ABA behavioral therapists in Chattanooga, TN, to join our team!

If you’re a motivated and skilled ABA behavioral therapist, we welcome you to join our unique team of caring professionals offering In-Home ABA services in Chattanooga for kids who have been diagnosed with autism. You will be working under the supervision of a BCBA and are required to work in-home, directly with the child and the families in the Chattanooga area.

Job Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions

Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
