Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Supervise and train ABA Therapists

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children

Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors

Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress

ABA Behavior Therapist Based in Brick
$20 – $25 an hour – Part-time

For ABA Therapists looking for a new role in their field, we offer a career developing position with our team! We need skilled, motivated, Brick-based ABA behavioral therapists to add their expertise to our team of practicing professionals!

Currently hiring ABA behavioral therapists to expand our staff comprised of caring professionals. In this position, you’ll be providing ABA services in Brick for children with autism. Your work will be guided and supervised by an experienced behavioral supervisor (BCBA). As you perform your duties in this position, you’ll be working in-home with families in Brick implementing ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy programs established by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst‎)

Job Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions

Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
