Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Supervise and train ABA Therapists

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children

Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors

Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress

Behavior Therapist Based in Clayton, GA - (ABA)
$20 – $25 an hour – Part-time

Positions are now open for motivated and skilled ABA behavioral therapists in Clayton,GA to join the Key Autism Services team!

We’re currently looking to hire an experienced ABA behavioral therapist to join the team in Clayton, GA to work alongside other committed, passionate professionals. Your job will be to travel to local homes and work with Autistic children directly, while also assisting their families to participate in the therapy sessions and learn the techniques along with the child. Your work will be guided and monitored by a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). In this role, you’ll be working in homes in Clayton, GA with families implementing ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy programs established by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst‎).

Job Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions

Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
