Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Supervise and train ABA Therapists

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children

Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors

Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress

Degree in MA/MS in ABA or related

Behavior Therapist Based in Chatham, NJ (ABA)
$20 – $25 an hour – Part-time

We are currently in need of skilled and motivated ABA behavioral therapists in Chatham, NJ to join our team!

We’re looking for ABA behavioral therapists to join the team in Chatham, NJ and join other caring and passionate professionals, to provide ABA services in Chatham, NJ for kids diagnosed with autism while being monitored by a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). As you work to fill this role, you’ll be working in homes in Chatham, NJ with families implementing ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy programs established by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst‎) in their own homes.

Job Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions

Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
