Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Supervise and train ABA Therapists

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children

Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors

Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress

Looking for an ABA behavioral therapist to join our Winston-Salem team.
$20 – $25 an hour – Part-time

Looking for motivated and skilled ABA behavioral therapist in Winston-Salem to join our team!

We pride ourselves on providing unparalleled ABA services in Winston-Salem for children with autism. We are seeking a motivated ABA behavioral therapist to join our team of caring professionals. Our ABA therapists are required to work in-home with families in Winston-Salem under the supervision of an assigned BCBA. With this position, you will be implementing ABA therapy established by a BCBA.

Job Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions

Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
