Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Supervise and train ABA Therapists

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children

Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors

Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress

ABA Behavior Therapist Based in Tampa
$20 – $25 an hour – Part-time

We’re looking for a highly motivated ABA behavioral therapist in Tampa to be part of the Key Autism family!

If you’re looking for a flexible, rewarding, and fulfilling profession, look no further. We are hiring ABA behavioral therapists in Tampa to provide ABA services for children with autism in Tampa. You will work closely under the supervision of a BCBA who is on hand to help educate and guide our ABA therapists. We provide in-home evidence-based autism treatment services for families in Tampa.

Job Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions

Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
