Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports
Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
Supervise and train ABA Therapists
Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children
Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors
Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors
Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress

We are seeking ABA behavioral therapist to join our team of caring professionals, to provide ABA services in Memphis for children with autism and is monitored by a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). With this position, you’ll be working in-home with families in Memphis implementing ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy programs established by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions
Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
