Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Supervise and train ABA Therapists

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children

Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors

Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress

ABA Behavior Therapist Based in New Haven
$20 – $25 an hour – Part-time

Are you a motivated ABA behavioral therapist in New Haven? If so, we want you on our team!

We are searching for a passionate ABA behavioral therapist in New Haven to join our team of compassionate professionals offering ABA services in New Haven for children with autism. You will be working closely with a BCBA and are expected to work in-home with families in the New Haven area. Change the lives of kids with autism by implementing ABA therapy programs established by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst‎).

Job Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions

Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
