Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Supervise and train ABA Therapists

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children

Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors

Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress

Requirements

Degree in MA/MS in ABA or related

$20 – $25 an hour – Part-time

Looking for motivated and skilled ABA behavioral therapist in Ann Arbor to join our team!

Don’t miss the chance to work with a team of caring professionals in Ann Arbor to provide unique ABA services to children with autism.
You will be expected to work in the homes of the families around the Ann Arbor area and implement ABA therapy programs. Every program must be established and approved by a
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst‎).

Job Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions

Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
