“There’s a lot of reasons why I love working at Key, but one of the most important ones to me is that all of the supervisors, operations, and administrative staff that I’ve encountered follow through on all of the little things that they say they’re going to do. They’re consistent, thorough, and very obviously put their staff first in their decision-making. The monumental support afforded to me as an employee makes it easy to trust the decisions made and motivates me to give back just as much as they’re putting in.”
Key Autism is an amazing company, they are always communicating and letting everyone know any changes that are being made. There is nothing that I would change about it.
"She said since her child has been in therapy with us, she has blossomed and is a new child. She can't believe it's only been 7 months with so many changes. She said her daughter never engaged in purposeful play before, and she is now. She was not loving, but she is now! Mom said that she gets goosebumps when she thinks about how much we have helped her daughter and the whole family really."
"Katelyn was awesome and I am so eager to get going! I think this work is so important and unbelievably rewarding."
"I love this program! Matt and Maureen are great with my child. This program was the best thing for him and I am so glad I went this route. Thank you so much for this service."
"Since COVID started this behavioral therapist and BACB supervisee has been providing between 25-30 hours of direct services to 3 clients via Telehealth. In addition, she is working so hard on her unrestricted hours and pushing herself clinically in a number of ways. She is so dedicated to the families, our clients and I am so appreciative of her hard work."
"I am very happy with my services! The combination of our BCBA and our Behavioral Therapists make such a great fit for my son. We are now able to go places with more people are around because he will now wear his mask. The clinical team has worked with him to tolerate wearing a mask during session and he is now wearing it for up to two hours!"
"I wanted to reach out to you all to commend a team member on how wonderfully she handled a situation with a client. After (perfectly) following the behavior plan for a client and determining the escalating situation might become unsafe if she continued, she called me and described the situation. We worked together on the phone to determine a solution and moved to a gestural prompt and visual reinforcement review. The behavioral therapist followed the new plan perfectly and continued to redirect any/all elopement attempts, property destruction attempts, assisted in explaining the extinction burst to the parents, why we changed how we reacted, told the parents the new plan, AND reinforced the client's parents when they followed the new plan, all while ensuring the client was safe! She offered to stay late and followed through with the plan until the client put his shoes on. She worked through this episode with the client for 2 hours!"
